Despite a few minor concerns, this was a great place so I had to give the property and its staff a 10. Situated in a newer and upcoming area of Kolkata this small hotel even impressed my friends relatives who wondered how we found the place. Lobby is presentable with a small reception and elevator service to all floors. Rooms are very clean. I was with a friend and we each had a room. Mine was a little bigger. Beds much more comfortable than what we had experienced up to now. There is a TV but no english channels. Linens, towels were all clean. Food is available and was quite good. Really great was the staff, who were always there to assist with any queries.
