The Property is located in such a place which is calm and quite. We were lucky to see the Kanchenjunga for more than 7 hours from Sunrise to about 11-00 AM in the morning of 02ns May 2024. It was a sighting that happened after about two months in this season as per locals. We could also see the Shiv Dham at Sikkim from the view of the Room. We had a reasonably powerful Binocular to view about 10+ peaks of the Snow Clad Himalayas and how the Snow condition was changing from what you could see at 5-00 AM vs how it looks at 9-00 AM, etc.

The view from our room was superb - unhindered view of hill ranges. You open the curtains, Mongpoo and Kurseong hills grace the scenery. The thick blanket of fog rises to cover them as soon as the sun goes behind the western hills. On a clear night the sparkling lights from Kurseong houses seem like fireflies have covered the hill. All in all, it’s a very good destination to unwind yourself and forget the hustle-bustle of city life.
