Overall experience was nice, caretaker Sabu cheettan was really helpful and his behaviour deserves a thumbs up. The owner Mr. Fadl Afridi was available on WhatsApp whenever required. The property was neat and clean with all kinds of facilities available.

Property is quite Run Down and needs major maintenance. Not friendly for Seniors and differently abled. The 1.5 Km single lane road from highway till hotel is terrible and full of potholes. It takes good 7-8 min in vehicle to complete this journey. Lot of ups and downs in property including stairs be prepared for that. For me : @ 2 AM false ceiling of Toilet came down with big sound. The toilet was not usable thereafter. Manager opened another room 40 feet away for bathroom.The recliner hand rest broke and fell down as soon as I sat on it. It appears that owners have no money and willingness to improve situation. Staff is very good and appeared quite well groomed for the job.

Its close to all side seeing places in Madikeri also we'll connected to other places .They served coorg traditional breakfast it was Awesome. Also you have the best hill view from the balcony The house is spacious and very well maintained and Its a great place for friends and families.I would say it's one of the best stay.
Had a very enjoyable stay with family here. Villa units are right in the middle of a plantation and are extremely well maintained. Staff are very courteous and attend to you for anything in no time. Additionally the stay is very close to the main road which makes it easy to go visit nearby places
Great experience! The best homestay. We stayed here for 3 days . It was a family trip. Very neatly maintained property and most courteous people I have come across. We stayed on the 1st floor that has a great view of the estate. The chirping sound of birds was a way to welcome in the morning .. awesome people , Mr.Aiyappa took care of everything I had to just relax and enjoy the tasty food and beautiful view... Excellent brand new property right inside the plants with a lot of comfort. Two BHK villa very good for family. Full of greenery all around. Love to stay again there. The staff was very cooperative and curtious.
The location I guess it feels like you are in a middle of the forest and staff are very friendly to interact and hangout they are super chill. they also provide off beat experiences. overall it was super fun

This Homestay is in the middle of the coffee shops you feel like yare ou in the forest I stay with my family they enjoy watching peacocks and many birds.
