Honestly, it was amazing! Mr. Antonio is a super nice person! He helped me during the placing in the room. I have booked the room in the early morning and he come earlier to place me in the room. It is very sweet of him! In general I like the attitude to me and the flat was huge and very clear. My opinion of this place - amazing!

The staff was super friendly and all our requests were taken care of. everything necessary was always available in the room we didn’t have to call room service again and again . The pool overlooking the paddy field was very beautiful and my kids really enjoyed the place. beach wilhich is just 500 mts aways was one of the most pristine beaches in Goa.

The location of the stay and it's neatness was very much attractive. Manager Ashok was so friendly and helpful. A must visit stay in south goa at an affordable price. With a lawn around the house, it doesn't feel like a hotel or home stay, it was like some private villa. Thank you for this experience. I loved every moment here and it's worth the penny.

Couldn't swim as it was rainy season. Good breakfast. Very close to restaurants like martins corner and even better one is Cota Cozinha
