Everything was exceptional!
- The Grand Hyatt Kochi was beautiful through and through, from lobby/entrance, to facilities, restaurants, outdoor walk areas and rooms. The view we had out of our 7th floor room was spectacular.
- Heaps of facilities and activities just in the hotel property alone.
- The cleanliness was immaculate.
- All (and I mean all) the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We felt they all genuinely wanted to help us enjoy our time here.
- I experienced a few staff who had gone out of their way and extra mile to help us sort things out (flight luggage issue).
