The outside facilities were really good taken care of, like gardening, the boats and cleanness. I really enjoy the swim in the pool. The Resort has itself a beautiful location.

About 40 min away from Kochi, 976 Panangad is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the birds and backwaters of Kerala, and eat delicious food. The first thing to notice upon arrival were the stunning gardens surrounding the beautiful villa. We were welcomed by Robby, the friendly manager who was always around when needed, but at the same time gave us our personal space. Rooms and bathrooms were comfy and roomy. 976 Panangad is clean and well maintained. We’d love to return here one day and explore more of Kochi.

The house was unique. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Great view overlooking the lake. House was clean. Caretaker too was extremely helpful. Breakfast was extremely delicious. Kudos to the one who prepared sambar and idli especially 👍🏽 I would consider this place again for my next trip in the future perhaps even to stay for a longer duration.

I wanted somewhere quiet to stay while receiving dental treatment. This house was perfect to relax. Beautiful room, use of lounge, kitchen and swimming pool to cool down and super comfy bed. Marynnn and Philip were the perfect hosts, so friendly and inviting me to eat all the time and making sure I had soft food to eat. Its out of town but easy to get uber or passing tuktuk.
