A very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. The owner (Noel) was very hospitable and helpful and the breakfasts were tasty. It's outside of the main city but for us this was an advantage because it was quieter and more laid-back.

Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!
