I recently had the pleasure of staying at coastal Pearl Homestay, and it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled amidst lush green surroundings with a stunning mountain view, this homestay is perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The tiny garden around the room is a delightful attraction, adding to the charm of the place. The room itself was impeccably maintained, with top-notch cleanliness that made the stay even more comfortable.
Conveniently located just 800 meters from the highway, Homestay is also close to the Shiva temple and the beach, which are about 2 kilometers away via the service road. There are multiple restaurants within 800 meters, and you can easily order food to your room, with the caretakers, Nagraj and Narshima, delivering it promptly. Both caretakers are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure guest comfort.
Overall, Homestsy offers a calm and premium stay in Murudeshwar. This homestay has an option of deluxe room, suite,and independent 2BHK villa, I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a serene and high-quality retreat.

The location can't be beat. The views are incredible. We had asked for sea facing rooms on a high floor. The reservation staff kindly gave us such a room. The restaurant service led by Mr Vinayak and team was excellent. Food at dinner was decent. We did not stay for breakfast.

we are 11 people - total 7 Adults & 4 Kids. We stayed in 1 HOME. it Has 4 rooms (only One cot, 3 rooms are empty we took extra MAT & pillows). Location was Good & Old house But still feel was Good. House maintenance also OK.
Location is just besides the highway, the rooms are good enough for descent stay with friends or family. Property manager is very good enough for all the support and security.
There is nothing to be like here in this property. This is not at all good for a family stay. Dear Booking.com, please don't show this property for families.
location, however its not great for old ppl or ppl with small children as the guesthouse is at a cliff n entails some steep climb up and down .this may not be favourable to the old or small children as the breakfast area is about 1km away from the rooms and there is no room service.
Staff is courteous, location is good. We booked family room and we got 3 connected beds. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Temple is on walking distance from the property. And the property is located in the residence area so you can go to near by general store and buy things for yourself. Parking space is available. Overall the property exceeds my expectations. Its a value for money property
Worst rooms, waste of Money and no proper maintenance.. Just For a namesake its a AC rooms but no AC no Power Backup better to avoid these kind of worst services if you're looking for atleast minimum things when you're travelling with Family or friends.
