Alok at Front office welcomed us with smiles, customer relations humbly checked with us if all was well and even assisted us with the request for specific toiletry. Cinnamon Terrace is their newly opened roof top restaurant and it is the BEST in town, in terms of service, food, ambience, live music and prices. Hemanta curates bespoke cocktails and they are a must try. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread. Saurav & Amresh provided attentive table service. Meghna greeting with her smile would ensure she gives the perfect made eggs as you like it. The sous chefs would personally visit the table and check if all is well and if any special requests. That added a personal touch to our experience. A special mention of the housekeeping team as well, they added personal touches to the room with different sublet petal decor and also a personalized note. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would HIGHLY Recommend the stay without any doubt. We even extended our trip. Enjoy

I have never been so satisfied with my stays anywhere. The room had a great vibe. The room just had a set of two colors. A dark wood colour and cream just made the vibe of the room even better. Everything in it just wasn't in there for the sake of it but everything complimented the room really well. Like the coffee cup for eg. was really complimenting the tables and chairs really well. The lights in the room are fantastic and to put the cherry on top. The food was marvellous and the free breakfast in the morning. It could have been 500 easy where as the price of the room is just 1200. It was perfect.

I would recommend this homestay for westerners as the host has many years experience in hotel business and understands our needs. The apartment is very beautiful and peaceful.
