Booked the villa to spend a day with my family and my friends.
We had a great time, the caretaker was nice and helpful, the place was as advertised and also very clean.
Definitely recommended for a family of 8 to 10 people.

You will get at least what is been listed no surprises when you arrive, like some of the listing does. This is my biggest positive point about the property.
Property is located in peaceful area, both host and caretaker are supportive and always available for help, this is something made the stay hassle free and relaxing. Property is nice and clean and big enough for 6 person easily extra bedding was available which can accommodate additional upto 4 person.
Host or caretaker don't bother you or put up any restrictions, of course property has set of guidelines which are very reasonable and needs to be followed.
Kitchen is available and cooking can be done as long as one keep the place clean and tidy you won't face any problem.
I am looking forward to visiting again whenever I will be in Lonavala and do recommend this property over others. This property is real value for money.

Our staycation was wonderful! The property had a fantastic pool and a park that kept the kids happily occupied. The spacious bedroom suite gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal times easy. Overall, it was a perfect spot for family relaxation and fun.
It was a perfect family resort, I had traveled with my toddler and baby and disabled Mother and Father.staff is courteous, rooms are up to date , Good facilities wheelchair friendly. Good breakfast and lot of options for food in general, near to city center as well. Good spa and indoor activities.

absolutely fantastic property. everything was above expectations. The food, servic, cleaning, facilities all were perfect. very smooth check in and check out. wWe were travelling with an Infant and they have a fun zone for kids which is lovely plus also provided cot for the baby.
Meritas Crystal Resort is one of the best Resort to stay and enjoy during Lonavala visit. It is located just beside the Mumbai- Pune highway and 1.9Km from Lonavala station. I.e it falls between Kandala and Lonavala. It has all kind of leisure fun filled amenities for adults and kids such as game zone, swimming pool. Restaurant is within the resort which serves a delicious food. They are different types of room available ranging from budgeted to premium. Overall, it is a good resort for family to stay and enjoy.
the property was clean and very primarily located! food was delicious ! every room was facing the pool , the staff was polite and very helpful I traveled with a small toddler and she was so happy … it is a very family friendly child friendly hotel and one of the best! plz don’t go to fariya’s or other hotels they r all old n rustic now n very bad service
Location was good and peaceful , breakfast spread was very good ! Room is also very clean and neat, staff is very kind , game zone is good for kids to enjoy and pool is small but neat and enough for a family to have fun
Amazing fun weekday. The terrace is just to be there for. the sky lounge is so amazing, we could just sit and chill over there for the entire night. Star gazing is such an amazing activity to do from here. The bungalow is in a gated community so sense of security was just comforting with family and especially kids around.
The kids could just run over and play throughout the day.
