I like the property hence i keep coming again any time i am in jalandhar - its clean - compfy cozy i would say . Ventilation is some thing missing - the reception uncle on day time was so good so generous and helpfull at the same the boy at night duty was so pathetic in behaviour - rude - unproffesional - acted as if my stay is for free and he is granting me a curtesy -not acceptable at all he needs to either learn to behave properly or owners should replace him with asap effect

I m Youtuber yesterday I went to famous Devi talab Mandir for my vloging, after that in the evening I m gonna late & tired so I started searching near hotel finally I find the Cape grace hotel that is one minute walking distance to devi talab Mandir but when I read reviews I m little upset but I do for that time because I need a space but after when I reached the hotel I realised all reviews are wrong because I am totally satisfied all facilities are very good & food is also very good.

I had a fantastic 2 week stay. The hotel and my room I could not fault. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping and the dining room provided an outstanding service. The food was delicious, just a little spicy to what I am used to. The bar upstairs for me was perfect as they had pool tables which was a great plus. Next to the hotel there is a mall and across the road a 24 hour shop and a couple of places to eat. Overall, I highly recommended.
