Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.

Hospitality was very good. Staffs provided warm water for drinking. Suggested places to visit in srinagar. Arranged cab for local transportation. Good wifi facility. The host provided his phone with sim card to contact my relatives as prepaid phone was not usable in srinagar. Even saw cricket world cup match with the host.
