Although the owner eventually resolved the issues we encountered due to his negligence, it took a considerable amount of time to do so.

The reception told me that they do not accept room booking through booking.com . They also denied offering me a room by stating that all their rooms are full. After some persuasion, they showed me a room which looked like a servants’ room for which they charged me 2500/-. Later I checked out within an hour or two for which they didn’t refund me anything. The hotel staff are not better than a group of thugs and cheat. I finally stayed at hotel harmony, just few steps away. Paying almost same amount with better rooms and service.
