very bad experience with the partner , there are some electrical issue in hotel they didn't provide us light after give them calls they are ready to give us another room but room was not clear , very unhygenic and pathetic experience.

Worst behaviour of staff, rooms full of spit marks and spider webs. And no AC TV working. No fan and curtain present. They charged twice than booking price and didn't refund the amount when we didn't want to stay because of the condition of the room. The environment of the hotel is too bad I swear
