Everyone who worked there from the Reception staff to the people in the on-site restaurant were incredibly nice and friendly and did everything they could to make my stay a pleasant one. The bed was really comfortable. The food in the restaurant was cheap and good quality. Good shower with hot water. A kettle was provided when requested. The situation was perfect, right in the middle of things,(in spite of that it was very quiet inside the rooms) walking distance to the Rock Temple. Lots of juice shops and restaurants nearby.

Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out. The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently. The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows. I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide.
