Beautiful spot in the backwaters. Quiet and serene escape from the city bustle. Loved my room and view. I was offered a boat excursion but didn't need it because I had the best view of the backwaters from my room and the grounds. Nice food too. The included breakfast was plentiful. In fact too much food for one person. Good home style food too.
Dinner on my first night was excellent. 2nd night was ok. Easy 30 minute auto or taxi ride to Kochi.

It was a nice stay here with my family , this property is value for money, it's a 4 bedroom villa where we can feel the atmosphere like our home , it's very good for families and couples, if we take 4 rooms we will get the entire villa with basic kitchen facilities.

After booking confirmed from booking.com . We called owner for location around. 13 hrs... But that time owner lady told room is not available..she said she accepted booking by mistake. She was very rude. She was not ready to give room. Even not ready to cancel booking also.....Because of this my family including small kids stuck on road.. It first bad experience...
