The room was really nice, clean and what we needed for two days in Munnar. Worth noting it's a 20 min tuk tuk from Munnar town and there isn't a dinning room. This wasn't a problem as we ate at the table in our room. Would recommend. Thanks for everything :)

This place and the hosts were amazing!! We loved the room, extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the little balcony is special. We were immersed in nature. Thomas and his family are the sweetest people, they helped us organize our visits, cooked for us amazing meals and also helped us to order food and plan the next steps of our journey in Kerala. The place is 30 minutes by car from Munnar but we belive this is a plus. Anachal is a really nice little town, we recommend visiting the Ayurvedic spice garden. We recommend the homestay also to solo travelers and women travelers.

Highly highly recommend Blackcherry Munnar. I am a female solo-traveller who stayed with Sylvie and her wonderful family for two nights. It has been the highlight of my trip so far. Absolutely loved the view from the homestay, Sylvie's amazing tea plantation tour and home-cooked delicious food. Cannot recommend enough!

Lovely little hut on a farm in Munnar. Great views of the mountains, it feels isolated and calm! Surrounded by fruit trees and wildlife. Our host was super helpful! Gave us local cooked breakfast in the mornings, offered various activities (hikes, safari, waterfall, sunset trips etc) and advice & recommendations for public transport and restaurants.

Our host Jo and his two delightful boys were just lovely. The view from our room was spectacular, the room and bathroom size comfortable, the food truly delicious - all locally sourced and as far as we understood mostly organic and some even from their garden! The glass bottled water was a positive addition.

This is a hidden gem in munnar at affordable price. The surroundings are so peaceful and tranquil. It's a bit far from munnar but it's all worth it, just rent a vehicle prior reaching here as there are few rental outlets. If you're staying here, definitely try the food because you're not gonna find such amazing food outside.
The place is just awesome with an amazing experience of the tent house with a spectacular view in the morning ……..the hospitality of the staff is just great…….supported with all the necessary stuff …….specially Mohammed and his team took care of us like family ……..a must visit place and will come back soon InshAllah
