Rooms were clean and given to us as per our booking.We did a late evening check in and requested for little late checkout which they agreed.

Full room rent paid before one day for triple room. When we reached at hotel they denied room and told your booking is shifted to some other Hotel and instructed me to call OYO Customer care. They hold my call more than twenty minutes with irresponsible manner. Lastly the same hotel people give me a double room instead of triple room with the same amount. No refund given.
My family is happy with the management, facilities and helpfulness of the staff in the front desk. Overall, it's a good experience and we definitely looking forward to visiting again.
WORST WORST WORST, we booked this hotel , no one was there while we went to check in as we already informed about check in,we called so many times, they didn’t even respond, early morning we struggled a lot because of booking this hotel, totally they spoiled our trip,GUYS BE AWARE, NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY EVEN WHAT EVER DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WE LOST OUR MONEY WE PARTIALLY PAIS FOR THIS HOTEL, THEY CREATED MENTAL PRESSURE.
