Location is calm and peaceful. It's near Hawaii beach, and you can take a stroll there in evenings. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were greeted by smiles whenever we needed anything. Rooms were clean and comfy. Complimentary breakfast was good and had varied menu across days. Overall hotel is very good value for money.

It was so hard to find a good cheap hotel in Panijim. It was a 300 rupee auto ride or a 20 rupee hot bus ride from the centre but IT WAS WORTH IT! Super clean , very techy , modern and bright. Views from the balcony.And very comfortable and LONG beds - we are both over 6’2” . It a short 50 m walk from the auto stop and about 1 km to the headland where there is a nice promenade and an excellent seafood restaurant- look on trip advisor ! After 2 weeks in proper India this was so luxurious!

It is a short drive to the famous Miramar beach and the capital city Panjim which has lots of restaurants, casinos and sightseeing options. The apartment was huge, great for a large group with attached bathrooms in each bedroom. The stunning views of the canopy of coconut trees below and in the distance views of the ocean was most idyllic.

The location is great, right on a main street but not too noisy, with a side entrance. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping and security, is friendly and helpful. I love Indian food BUT for some other American travelers, the attached burger restaurant is outstanding. GET THE ZUCCHINI FRIES.
