One of the best stay in Gangtok. All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good. Also have a outdoor Bike parking space. From the moment I arrived at The Loft in Gangtok, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The hotel was nicely located for what I was doing. The restaurant is doing really great, and I do especially recommend the Tai-Fai chicken. Sardin Bathia, the manager, was doing her utmost to have all our needs met. The pool is very nice, as well, and the beds are very comfortable. Michael at the bar will do his utmost to fulfill your drink needs, and have a joke or a lighthearted remark for you.
