We liked the Location, cold weather during peak summer, Host communication and support for getting small small things easily from staff, our host supported us getting information about nearest good pediatrician to see our 4 year kid suffering from cough. So overall we enjoyed staying here and would definitely visit again and recommend people please visit pine Oak and stay in this room definitely you will also enjoy your trip.
Staying with the Tiwari family was absolutely delightful. They provided excellent service and made me feel as though I was accepted into the family. Location is perfect... peaceful and a short walk to and from Kainchi Dham. The bed was comfortable & firm, best I've slept on in over a month in India. 🙏🏾

the property denied room, not stayed... OYO is worst.. we have not expected that they cheated us... no refund.. without consulting with property how come you have collect payment through oyo link? it is fraudulent activity . legal action will taken on this
These people are very useless and fake, they take advance payment for booking and then cancel your booking by making any excuse before check in and after that they will not give you refund/ money even the cancelation from their side, constantly ignore your call recently this happened to me the owner of this property is absolutely uncooperative very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Beautiful Location, Excellent Hospitality by staff, always available on call despite large area of property. Food was good. Excellent place for family leisure time. Nice rainy weather made the place even more beautiful. Nice garden and play area for kids.
This flat in pine oak apartment is much better than...any four star property in entire area....here you get 2 big bed rooms along with one super spacious drawing room...if your are with family then this type of home stays are always better than a hotel...here u have 3 rooms, means privacy plus you have a big kitchen...your kids will have a seprate room, which is not possible even in 5 star properties..The host is so cooprative...its like home away from home....I recommend it for all the family travelers...
