Everything was proposed & executed in appropriately excellent manner. The location is very nice. Ambiance is excellent. Hygiene is top grade. Food is excellent. Cooks are the best in the town. Managers at Reception & reservation are skilled and very cooperative. Namely Ms. Aishwarya & Nilam; Mr. Tejas, Lokesh, Arjun under the patronage of Mr.Venkatesh are opting their best in the alloted jobs. The F&B with their best services were offered to me and they cared for my personal choices of tastes. The staff, namely Mr. Pankit, Binay Kumar, Dinesh, Vilas, Fulchand, Paul, Aniket and Ms.Ashika, Sweta, Priti, Gayatri, Nganthoi & Jerry are very nice and hard working , putting their level best and are always on their tows for their professional duties and ethics. My heartiest Congratulations to Mr.C.R.Vinoj to head such a amazing hard working and devoted staff. Its rarest of the rare in my professional journeys so far. All the best to everyone. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor called Chirp has delicious Vegetarian foods and the breakfast spread in the morning has so many options. They have a celebratory chef who makes signature breakfast dishes. The standards at the hotel breakfast is 5 star allot on offer. The location is right in the heart of Pune in the Fergusson Road and Deccan area. All social amenities, restaurants shops etc are within and the metro as well within walking distance 10 mins. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my ear phones on the bed and they contacted me and sent a picture before i even realised i had left them.. The front office staff Mr. Ankush at the reception coordinated with the Uber driver and they sent them to me at the Pune Airport before i boarded my flight to Goa. My family we extremely happy with their stay at the hotel.
