It was a great experience. With the peak of a hill right in front of you, in the mids of the tea plantation, cloudy and misty weather is a perfect place for relaxation. The scenic view was awesome and made us to enjoy the stay. Never ending sound of birds was so rhythmic. We booked a glass house, people who wants to enjoy nature as it is, it's a best view room. Felt the cold and chill weather. Both sunrise and sunset were mind-blowing. My pet enjoyed thoroughly. Food was delicious. It was rustic and a pleasant stay. This is my first stay right in front of peaky hills. The drive was adventurous. (Do not take a short route of google maps, its rough). Mr. Alok was kind and took care of us. The staffs made us comfortable. Will visit again. Overall, I would strongly recommend trying this place at least once.

The hospitality provided by Mr. Yellumalai and Mr. Suresh, The villa is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with all the required facilities and cutleries, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with a attached swing for kids and adults, huge and comfortable sofa, free parking inside the compound and 24 hours hot water facility. The climate was tremendously cold but Mr. Yellumalai and Mr. Suresh provided us extra blankets. The ambience was excellent. Most of all, we were amazed of the food they provided us. There was live cooking, super tasty and hot food. Morning breakfast was also finger licking. We would be very happy to visit Shanthi Villa again and will definitely recommend our friends and relatives. Thank u very much.

The family run Radosri is a truly exceptional place to stay. The lovely and very comfortable, clean rooms are arranged around a beautifully cared for garden. It was a joy to sit outside our room and enjoy the flowers arranged the courtyard. Our host was really helpful in organising tours of Ooty and Coonoor and ascertaining what we would enjoy for breakfast and evening meals. All of the staff worked hard to make us feel at home and not just tourist’s passing through.The home stay is in a ideally located visit places of interest in both towns. The home stay is a short rickshaw ride away from the stunning Sims Park gardens. It was possible to walk from Radosri along a quiet country lane to reach a fine dining restaurant and also Sims Park. Breakfasts at Radosri were included in the price of accommodation and again were exceptional including fruit and yoghurt, an omelette and a different type of Indian breakfast item each day, as well as coffee or tea. We choose to eat an evening meal at Radosri each day at extra cost.We selected our evening meal from a wide menu in the morning to enable fresh ingredients to be used. The meals were of excellent quality with the chef taking delight in our positive comments. The meals were again exceptional value for money. We can recommend a stay at Radosri without reservation and will be recommending the home stay to our friends who may be visiting the area.
