Loved everything about Seapoint Hiuse. The hosts were exceptionally caring, helpful, & dished up a fabulous breakfast.

Loved the location, the host & the beautifully appointed home.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Perfect location, great base for exploring Mayo. Newport itself is lovely with a playground across the road from the corner house that the kids loved to visit each evening and plenty of walking routes and the greenway on the doorstep. Lovely welcome from the hosts and the house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with the local shop conveniently next door. All in all a perfect stay.
We traveled as a family to the area, to see relatives. This was a perfect spot allowing easy access to Newport but also allowing family to visit us.
Looking forward to bringing the grandkids here one day.
Plenty of room.
Small supermarket next door.
Lovely property in a great location, family room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with home made bread and chutney. Hosts were welcoming and friendly.
A truly wonderful experience and place to stay.
Location price and food was brilliant
Stove in our which we loved price was brilliant
Only stay one night but will be back and have told our friends and family to stay when in the area
We stayed in the Shepard’s Hut. It was cute, cosy, affordable and came with a delicious home-cooked breakfast the next morning. The staff were all very accommodating and pleasant.
The family room was perfect. The kids loved having their beds on a level higher than ours, and with their beds also at opposite ends of the room was good. No arguments and peace for us.
Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. The only gripe we had was there was no live music in the bar, it would have been lovely to have something fun in the bar at the end of a day travelling and sightseeing. Buuut, we will be back. Its a great base for sightseeing. Will be recommending...
What a gem, we had a lovely stay with family. Amazing home, wonderful location on river bank. Erica made us so welcome and looked after everyone. All food either home grown or locally sourced. Could not recommend enough, so glad we found Riverside House and will definitely be back. Amazing, thanks Erica & to John for the homemade breads. Looking forward to our next stay.
This property is perfect for families. It's home from home, has everything you could possibly need. Lovely hosts who also left a nice touch of fresh flowers and treats for the kids. Would highly recommend and if/when visiting Mayo again, would definitely try to rebook. Location is perfect.
