The comfort rating from the point of view of today I would give 8-9 (Wi-fi, TV size etc.). Considering the style of accommodation, accommodation location and low rating from others just because of Wi-Fi I give 10. -Magical atmosphere of the old castle estate -Perfect connection with nature -Dear hosts - family atmosphere -Perfect breakfast with exclusive service! We would definitely come back again!

We booked a last minute stay over the Easter bank holiday wknd with our 2 year old daughter where the owner was very accommodating with indulging us with a pony ride. We found the location perfect very tranquil and an easy going atmosphere, we totally switched off. The superior family room was perfect, warm and cosy with plenty of space with a kitchen , large bedroom and sitting room and the beds where very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff really looked after every need we had, we will definitely return again soon!

From the moment we walked in the front door the staff were amazing, really couldn't fault them. Food in the bar was great, live music was fun and the clientele were friendly.

The grounds were gorgeous. The children really liked going down by the lake and the fairy garden. The staff at the restaurant were so lovely. The manager on duty was especially good as was the bar man.

The staff are so accommodating and friendly. very nice location and the gardens are beautiful. a lovely Irish welcome. Made myself, husband and toddler feel extremely welcome. We will definitely return.
