This is a wonderful location, walking distance to the village. There is a bar and restaurant only two minutes walk from the front door. The view is lovely. There is a well-equipped kitchen and it can sleep up to nine if one is in a baby cot. Which makes it good value for large groups. The sofas are very comfortable and an excellent choice for a holiday rental. You could walk to the ferry crossing and go to a superb beach on the other side.

Lovely cottage clean, cosy, warm and had everything we needed as a family of five, amazing location with stunning views. Close to wild Ireland which was great for kids, also the foyle ferry was just around the corner for a day trip to Portrush. Our host gave us the privacy we wanted but was also very quick in replying to the one question I had about the hot water. Excellent house, excellent host and amazing location. Will definitely be back.

We arrived at the property on Friday the 24/5/24 at 4.15 pm and left 4.40 we were totally disgusted literally a wooden shed split into two with two doors you would have to go outside to go to the bedroom or toilet the wooden floor was lifting the smell of damp was aweful there was a hot tub advertised as well which to get access you would have to go bout 150 yards we left and came home and I contacted the hostess Sheila’s to ask for a refund she read my message but no reply .

Beautiful place with beautiful views . For a family with kids amazing you have everything what you need for a great vacation. Friendly owner and helpful with explaining about everything. For a family with two kids was amazing. If someone complains about then they should be never unhappy people which always complains. But is a beautiful place with everything you can expect and you need in a rustic cabin . Many thanks to the owner!

Sheilagh and Michael have created a beautiful home from home, with a true Irish hospitality. We are a family of 4 and the family bedroom is a great size for us all. My favourite thing about Templeview is the upstairs bar area, which has comfy sofas and big windows that look out over Loch Foyle. It's a beautiful, spacious, peaceful space. A bookcase filled with interesting book completes this chill out zone.
