The location was ideal for us to travel around. There was a great bus service. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. There were also some really good leisure facilities available.

It was magical- it truly felt like we were in a castle- the interior and exterior were beautiful…. To top it off we even got upgraded on arrival a true treat! The bar staff were so gracious with their time and even got us a much needed glass of milk!

We were very impressed by the little "additional" touches, such as the band to hold the cables from my charger box and spectacles cloth, because the staff had noted that the cables were dangling loose and we both wore spectacles. Reception, concierge and doormen were all very helpful in giving us directions and getting taxis. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed a meal in The Garden Room and were presented with a "Congratulations" plate of cake and fruit, as we were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary (Emerald), in the Emerald Isle. Overall, we had a most enjoyable few days.

Excellent breakfast, staff kind to children. Family room spot on and very comfortable. Black haired lady on reception was absolutely lovely and really enhanced our impression of the hotel.
Family room was lovely and modern, we were a family of five, staff friendly in all areas, reception, restaurant, pool area and breakfast staff all friendly and nothing was problem or issue for them especially for young kids from ages 5-7
Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Nice size tubs for a relaxing soak. Spa is truly lovely. Restaurant and bar staff are great. We were a really large group of family staying several nights. Top marks for customer service and a fun night with the live music entertainment.
It's great value for families to stay there. Family room was nice - 2 connected rooms and each has Its own TV. Neighbourhood is quiet and we had great views from the 3rd floor Family room. They also serve lovely waffles for breakfast. We enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. The depth of the pool is 1.4m so if you have smaller children you will need arm bands or something like that. Lifeguard is not on duty there.
