Mary, Gerard and Greg were top people. Mary even demonstrated an impromptu little Irish jig for us. 🙃All of them went out of their way to make our stay memorable. As the first BnB of our trip to Ireland they have set a very high standard

Brilliant comms ahead of stay and for arrival. Lots of breakfast spread and the best coffee sampled in Ireland so far. Great to meet Ashling and all four-legged members of the family. Comfiest and biggest bed of our trip! Ashling was very accommodating of our earlier Sunday start - thanks!

How warm and welcoming the owner and all the family was. This booking is nothing short of luxurious and style, be under no illusion this owner prides themselves on quality and comfort without exception. All the family are very polite and very welcoming, too, we can not fault them on anything but can not praise them enough.

This B&B was one of the best where I ever stayed. The house is beautiful, the surroundings very quiet and Ashling is an amazing host. Our room was cozy, nice and spacious. Bathroom too had all we needed and perfectly functional. We have been offered a great breakfast with lots of choices. All is pointed to the guest care and the ambience is very familiar. We loved the short time spent here.

Aisling had lots of lovely little touches that just went the extra mile such as having the table set for tea with scones on arrival. The sweet cart was a real hit with the family. And Aisling also accommodated my dad who would have found the stairs difficult. A perfect stay for a couple of nights whilst at a wedding in Cabra Castle.

Super value for money, warm welcome from the lovely host family, very comfortable beds, great shower, excellent breakfast, funny cats and lovely dog. Convenient location within walking distance along lake Muckno to the Main Street in Castleblaney with a selection of cafes, shops and bars. A 5min drive to the Restaurant “The View“ which has a stunning outlook over the lake and fantastic food. We would highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We did have our rooms close together with adequate room space for disabled person. We were attending a funeral and having the funeral lunch at the hotel afterwards. We were graciously offered more time on the rooms to help us out. The hotel was open late as we spent time out with family and the bar staff were flexible and accommodating with our particular requests. Breakfast was lovely providing variety for all tastes.
