Hotel was very close to a big shopping centre and to the end of the metro train line so easy to get into town. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were friendly.

The staff was excelent! Receptionist were understanding, helpful, and kind any time I aproached them. The staff in the restaurant area was also kind. The HK staff (house keeping) were very helpful and professional!
Despite beeing right next to a high way on the second floor I heard nothing from it (although my room was on the court side, not the highway).
Since I like walking the store next to the Maldron hotel (1,3Km on foot) was also in available distance.
Unfortunately the city didn't really live up to my expectations for several reason, but the Phoenix Park and the Hotel did a great job saving what could be saved!
Greetings from room 202 :)

We were very impressed by the little "additional" touches, such as the band to hold the cables from my charger box and spectacles cloth, because the staff had noted that the cables were dangling loose and we both wore spectacles. Reception, concierge and doormen were all very helpful in giving us directions and getting taxis. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed a meal in The Garden Room and were presented with a "Congratulations" plate of cake and fruit, as we were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary (Emerald), in the Emerald Isle. Overall, we had a most enjoyable few days.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Easy to find. Good location for driving to Dublin Ferry port ( less than 1hr drive). Relaxing accommodation. Superb host, Siobhan. All facilities and amenities as described. Fantastic value for money.
Very understanding on late arrival due SatNav malfunction. Helpful directions. Unfortunately limited stay as delightful surroundings & lodge. Warm welcome.
We loved the peaceful, rural surroundings; the host was very pleasant and accommodating; the bed was comfortable; the accommodation was very clean. For travellers such as ourselves (we are travelling in Ireland for 4 weeks), having access to a washing machine was a bonus and greatly appreciated. The kitchen was quite well equipped, although more cutlery is needed (at least 4 of everything). We would definitely recommend The Lodge for either a family, or 2 couples travelling together.
This was a delightful rural setting. The host was very welcoming and a family of Red Deer 'greeted' me from the nearby field on my arrival. I brought my own food for dinner but the kitchen was well stocked. Fresh milk in the fridge, a selection of cereals and tea and coffee all laid on for breakfast.
