    Carpet was thread bare, curtain were ripped, room door didn’t lock from the inside and shower didn’t work, bathroom / shower screen and doors ingrained dirt. Staff comments were “ we will be doing g all the rooms up ‘ didn’t help me … I stayed with family in the end. I want a refund
