Amazing location,just few minutes from Harbour. We stayed just for one night,but I would definitely go back and spend more days. Beautiful nature, dears around,so quiet and relaxing paradise. Very comfortable room. Bernie is an excellent host. The kitchenette was an added bonus. Lots of thoughtful touches, such as breakfast items in kitchen fridge. An added bonus was the mini fridge, kettle etc in the bedroom. The house is a stone's throw from the harbour with beautiful views.

The property and its owners are outstanding. During a five night stay as a family group we couldn't have been in a better location or received better hospitality. From Helen meeting us on arrival, giving us "the tour" and the welcome pack till we waved goodbye on Sunday morning she was an absolute delight. Located on a hillside overlooking Dromineer, Lough Dergh each evening was spent on the full-width veranda watching the bats flying about as the sun set over the lake and the hills beyond - we even saw some shooting stars! Although in a very quiet location there's a local shop and pubs less than a mile away and everyone was really friendly. The accommodation itself easily coped with seven adults and a baby. There is an en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor which would be useful for anyone with mobility issues. There is always a shady spot to be found in the garden throughout the day.
