Three days with family in a great place. We had planned trips on Lombok every day, but due to a stomach bug from our son, we were forced to forgo the visits. Fortunately, we were at the Princess. We were warmly welcomed by Kipli and his colleagues, always available for any need. Delicious food, beautiful room, postcard views. Thank you for everything!

This resort is amazing. The staff is the friendliest I have ever seen, everyone is super helpful and nice. The rooms with the outdoor bathrooms are super cozy. We had the room with pool access, which I would recommend as you have access to afternoon tea and the quieter part of the resort with a big pool. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Clean and comfortable stay. Style on a budget. Absolutely stunning views. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The accommodation could do with a little updating, and if more people were to stay, that could be done. The actual location is Mantigi Bay Villas on maps. Hardi was a kind and attentive host. We stayed only one night between Gili Air and heading to Flores, but the two bedroom unit had a full kitchen, and we could have happily stayed for longer. Ice cold fresh coconuts on arrival. The pool was a hit with the kids.
Everything, the staff are some of the loveliest people you will meet that made me feel welcome from the firat minute. They are always happy to engage and advise. Abdul's breakfast pancake is also incredible...its a must have.
In terms of the hostel, it's a family feel place that is comfortable and constantly kept clean.
I can't recommend this place enough (even with it being quiet because boats from Bali were stopped due to the weather).
I loved my stay.
Really nice staff, Abdul for the sunset point and morning pancakes, Uli for her smile and fun, Tami to drive you around if you need it and the amazing cocktails special mention for the frozen mango daiquiri! I stayed a week there, keeping adding nights ! Really nice ambiance, nice pool and good spot for beach and looking at the stars.
Massage is also really good.
Highly recommend this place if you go to Lombok :)

Stayed for one night following the mount rinjani trek - this place was exactly what we needed. Friendly welcome, family feel, nothing too much of a trouble, decent pool with view of gilis, good breakfast and close to bangsal pier for the boats to gili islands. (50,000 IDR taxi) .Perfect for this purpose
The rooms, lay out of the family room, the space, property was immaculately clean and facilities were incredible. Kip and the staff make this place so special.
The owner is just the nicest person! He’s very helpful, funny and really takes care of you the best way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was good and breakfast was outstanding.
