The location was excellent, the staff superb, particularly in the Sugar sand restaurant Adhi made us feel welcome and Special. He Looked after us so well that we returned several times to eat there. The breakfast was incredible, the property was lush, quiet yet welcoming without stuffiness. I would visit again.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The team here are so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful; some of the nicest people we've ever met! The hotel itself is beautiful: the rooms are gorgeous and the views are stunning. We had a beach room which was set in the gardens and a minute's walk from the beach. The attention to detail is incredible. The pools are fantastic, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we had a god stay. They were so good to my toddler as well, and it’s very family friendly. The rooms were very clean and tidy, the housekeeping came twice a day and if you needed anything it was not any issue. My son loved the kids club as well, which had wonderful staff.

All the staff members were very helpful. Travelling with kids especially with infants is never easy.. but they took care of everything. The beach, shops, restaurants.. all you need is at walking distance. Perfect place for people travelling with family and children. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the villa.
Breakfast was fantastic, fantastic spread and baby friendly. They even packed a breakfast box for us on our last day when we checked out early in the morning. Staff was approachable and responsive. The kids club at the place was fantastic too. The location was also close to the beach and many food places.

Beautifully presented villas perfect for our family with 2 small children. Location was excellent and walking distance to many bars/restaurants/shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and brought to our villa. They arranged a pool fence so we could relax and even brought so pool toys for the kids. Could not recommend enough.
Loved it here. The room, amenities, pool, restaurant and staff were all incredible. My son really enjoyed the kids club, especially the pizza making. This is a really special place that I would love to return to. Very family friendly, especially with the sandy kids pool.
Breakfast was the best buffet we had in Bali! The staff were amazing, so kind to our little toddler who ran feral around the restaurant. Bed was incredibly comfy, house keeping was great, three pool areas (restaurant, family and quiet). Roos checked us in and out and was so friendly. The kids club is one of the biggest i'd seen in Bali too! We stayed 6 nights and had such a great time.
