This place is within easy walking distance of one of the most perfect beaches I've ever spent time on (although you do get stung with an entry tariff). The homestay itself is within a lush natural setting and is incredibly good value for money. Strong wifi is also a bonus.
Most particularly, I'm much obliged to Mr Diana for taking time out from a holiday to shuttle me around to all the places I wanted to see on his scooter and for sharing his wisdom about Bali. I felt incredibly taken care of.

Very modern hotel about 20 mins from Padang Bai port. Staff are great especially Hamdi who recommended places on our Gili islands trip and made us custom cocktails.
Very clean and relaxed setting, away from the constant moped noise of other places! There’s not much within walking distance but if you’re looking to relax, this is the place. Ended up extending our stay for another night.

Mangku and his team were just wonderful. They could not have been more helpful, and no issue was too trivial or short-notice for them. The room was lovely - comfortable, clean, and cosy, and the site is perfectly set up for a relax and walkable from Virgin Beach. We felt right at home, and that’s thanks to all of the staff and the extra mile they go for guests. It’s a very special place with special people, and anyone coming to East Bali would have a wonderful stay there.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The family was lovely, very helpful and friendly. They were happy to make a hot drink whenever I asked, plus happy to put things in their fridge. There were lots of windows and an AC. It was a shortish walk to Virgin Beach which was beautiful. The bed was comfy.
diana and his family are lovely and friendly. he greeted me and made a list of places to visit. he is a great chef! it’s a 10min walk to a lovely beach. i was unfortunately unwell and stayed in the room most of the time.
I really spend wonderful vacation at pondok Diana. Diana and his family are very welcoming and they really took care of me. The environment is calm, in the middle of the nature and close to the beach (perfect environment to relax and chill 😉). The breakfast of Peran is very delicious, I already miss it.

I booked this place because someone had mentioned Virgin Beach to me and I wanted to check it out. I ended up extending and staying for 5 nights. Lovely stay. Wayan and his family are great, the garden is absolutely gorgeous and there is a cute little cat wandering around :)
Our hoste Diana and family were generous with their time.. Diana was able to be our driver, and we were treated to some sightseeing.
The food was amazing, home cooked and delicious.
