My first stay was in 2017 my father and brother live in Mayarlak which is a 5 minute drive the hotel has everything you can ask for the staff are friendly very welcoming. I then returned in 2019 and then again in 2022 and now July 2024. I would highly recommend Gotthard hotel I would like to thank Fábián Fanni who has arranged my taxis to see my father you all have gone above and beyond to make my stay an absolute joy. See you all next year.

Comfortable room. Although our room was towards the road, the window was well isolated and there were no sounds coming form the outside. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciate it! The restaurant menu was diverse and the prices met our expectations.

It was the best place. Out in beautiful nature, surrounded by welcoming hosts and a great respect for the deep values in life. Go there, eat homegrown food, sit under a tree. Maybe pet a pig or a cat and enjoy yourself. The best beds, the best breakfast and the best hosts!

I adored how well-decorated and clean the property was, easily describe-able as nice, home-like, and pleasant. The owner did a great job explaining everything and had provided hospitality at every opportunity.
Very clean rooms, it was excellent because we could let our baby crawl around on the floor. There is a big garden with well maintained lawn and places to sit and eat. The host was very kind, she even made some cookies us.
Nice family guesthouse situated close to a forest. We liked the place - very stylish and traditional, rich breakfast, hospitable owner. We enjoyed our short weekend walking neareby woods, bathing in the thermal swimming-pool down in the town, visiting the touch point of three countries Hungary-Slovenia-Austria. Worth of visit!
