Very friendly owners (family). Parents dont speak but Hungarian, but their doughter does speak English. Located in quiet residential area, 700 m to beach in Valence, 1 km to railway station (trains every 30 mins to Budapest). 45 minms drive to Balaton (better bathing conditions). Very clean. Kirchen ok for simple meals (Pasta,..). Nice garden.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything and at all times. We could take some coffee and milk to the room that was being served downstairs for 1000 forints (two coffees, milk and sugar). They also provided us with extra shampoo when requested with no extra cost. Location was perfect, really quiet place. Bedroom was really big and clean. It was what we expected from the pictures and the price. Bed was ok too. Köszönjük szépen!
