The property was extremely spacious & equipped with everything you could possibly need , impeccably clean & the most comfortable beds &crisp linen. The outside area was beautiful too & again very spacious , fabulous garden furniture & lighting too. Extremely quiet at night considering it’s quite a busy area , we were extremely happy with our stay & would definitely return to this beautiful accommodation in a heartbeat !

Super friendly host and great upfront communication. Apartment perfect, everything ultra-clean and modern. I'd say it looked better than on pictures. Fully equipped kitchenette, even basic groceries were present. Location is on a quiet street but only a short walk from the old town (5-10 mins tops). Parking can be tricky, however, the owner was very kind and reserved a space for us.

This is a beautiful property, whilst a little walk from Zadar town it was 100% worth it. The location was great, near a local supermarket or just a couple of minutes walk to the larger supermarkets. Check-in was so simple and we loved that home from home feeling.

Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora exceeded our expectations for a family vacation. The pool with the water slide was a huge hit, and the diverse, delicious food impressed us. The resort's family-friendly amenities, along with the attentive staff, made our stay truly enjoyable. We're already eager to return!
Nice family hotel with many attractions for the kids of all ages. Breakfast and dinner buffet selection is abundant and a 24 hour baby room with all necessities is a nice touch.
Everything in the apartment was new and modern. The appliances are unused and silent, the refrigerator and the dishwasher are very large. The owners had also left a brand new crib for our baby as well as a baby high chair. They were still at the boxes from the store! The hosts allowed us a very early check-in and a late check-out, which was very important for us with a baby. They were extremely kind and helpful and answered every single question very quickly. Perfect apartment for a family vacation with all that we would possibly need!
We loved everything about our stay - comfy apartment, super central, very well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals, and the host was friendly and responsive! We come to Croatia yearly to visit family and will now always stay here when it's available. Perfect for a toddler or families with kids as the kitchen and living room are all central and open, so our little one had a great time playing while we cooked and relaxed.

Great family hotel and the kids loved it. Sooo many kids which was fine for us but really would want a family friendly holiday to come here. kids club was great and pools amazing. buffet was also good.
Lots of kids activities, especially noce cinema under the stars and mini disco, comfortable rooms, nice Garden and swimming pools all clean and well maintained. Stqff is really nice and helpful. The hotel offers things that a family needs, especially with small children, small kitchen, small laundry room, all free and very well equipped.
