Just about everything. The staff are warm and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower is strong. We could use their iron. There's a clothes rack outside to wash a few beach towels etc. The car park is large and free. It's easy to find. The breakfast is variable and plentiful. .

Absolutely amazing place. Very traditional, comfortable, large, and clean studios.. The views from the studios across the harbour are wonderful. It is so easy to sit and watch the world go by for hours! The owners are so welcoming and kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. Many people have mentioned the steps. Yes, there is a climb up to the hotel, but it's more than worth it even when you are of the older generation like us! Very much hope to return soon.

Location is great. Very central but quiet. Bed is very comfortable which was a huge plus. Angelos, the owner, is lovely and helpful. Studio we stayed in had a fantastic view of the harbour, nice size and was very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was simple Greek, The area was very quiet, a shop and about 6 or 7 tavernas and a little beach and harbour, very quaint. 15 min walk away is the most idyllic beach and has a lovely beach bar too, very calm and relaxing, just lovely.
Thea Studios offers accommodation in Kalamakia, 10 km from Patitiri. Agios Dimitrios Beach is 2 km away. All units are air conditioned and include a flat-screen TV.

Extremely friendly and helpful host, it is arguably the best choice for accomodation on the island of Alonissos! Location is perfect view, see is below feet and one can hear the sea whisper day and night! Flat is equipped with all necessary for a comfortable stay, very clean and has a nice vibe. Free parking at the entrance, excellent fish restaurants couple of steps away, quiet and relaxing at all time. The tranquility experience at hand. For us it the island is a discovery, and the place to stay had an input to a memorable time!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very helpful and friendly host who was available when needed. Votsi is perfectly located to explore this beautiful island (close to the port and Chora/Old Town but also lovely beaches). I really appreciated that the host didn't charge us when we told her that more people will be staying over, thank you for the flexibility. Good size accommodation for a family, allocated parking space.
We are a young family and visited the island for three nights. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. All the furniture was of great quality and we found very convenient the clothes hanging lines with the pegs for wet swim gear. The views are stunning and the garden and grounds are nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly with us and our young children. The pool is cute, with salty water that kids enjoyed the first day. The hotel offered freshly washed fluffy pool towels, very convenient for us.
Everything was perfect. The two bedrooms apartament is very spacious and has everything you need. Wonderful sea view, 2 terraces, washing machine, dishing machine, oven, big fridge, big living. My 10 months infant had suficient space to crawl through apartment. Also, cleaning is done daily and owners are very polite. Votsi area is so close to best beaches and city center (we had a car).

Everything was perfect. Perfectly clean rooms, cleaned every day. Functioning AC and wonderful view from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Amazing location and the little beach in Votsi was in walking distance less than 5 minutes. The beach is clean and the cliff provides some shadow during before noon. The bay is ideal for fishing and the kitchen equipment was okay for preparation of easy meals. Can really recommend.
A family run property in a fabulous location. Our room looked onto the pretty harbour. The room was small but had everything we needed. The food was home cooked by the mother and was some on the nicest we have tasted. We
were sorry to leave.
We travelled with two other families so this villa was perfect as it has four villas placed around a central pool. The villa has everything you need in the small kitchen, the rooms are very clean and the little second bedroom in the loft is great for children! The pool is a good size and plenty of space around it to sit.
It is also right above Votsi harbour where there are several restaurants and it’s a lovely swim with lots of fish to see!
