We where greeted by Foti and Anastasia. They where very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us during our stay. This is a new development and the facilities inside and outside where very impressive. All staff including the cleaning service they always helpful and with a smile. The villa’s are luxurious with private pool or jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner was delicious👌Very good access to the Alunaki beach where free sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. This is a family run business and everyone from the owner Nikos his sun Kostadinos they are there to help with whatever we needed. Thank you!

Anna the property manager and the rest of the staff were very friendly and nice. The Villa is the cleanest one I have ever been in, the rooms are cleaned daily and there is also a shower in the backyard to wash your feet or even take a shower after you come from the beach so that you do not bring the sand in the villa or your room, that is very thoughtful. The location is of the villa is good, there are a lot of food options very close and the beach is just two minutes away. All in all it is a very clean and quiet place, perfect for people that enjoy places that are not crowded.

Hosts were super nice, they changed our bed sheets, surprised us one day with freshly picked figs, and were ready to help us if we needed anything. Apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. All in all we had wonderful experience in Ammoudia.

The apartment we've had was cosy and comfortable, with a large terrace and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is a garden with palm trees that provide shadow during daytime and a small swimming pool where you may chill when not at the beach. All the windows and doors had mosquito nets (there are a lot of mosquitos in the area, as the mouth of Acheron River is nearby). The villa is close to the beach but I recommend driving not walking. The beach is wonderful (sand, smooth entry into the sea, the water a little bit more cold than other places due to Acheron spreading into the sea, yet the estuary gives a lovely landscape you can't get enough of watching). The place is very quiet, appropriate for people looking to relax and not party, however the hosts are throwing a welcoming party with live Greek music every week, for their guests. The highlights of this villa are its hosts, a German couple so welcoming and friendly they could make you come back again next year just to have another drink with them. Also, they organize trips to various sightseeings in the area and I would like to mention they took us on a trip even if the boat was not full due to cancellation of the other travellers, waving away profit for the satisfaction of their guests. We can't thank them enough for the dolphin tour.

Amazing place, brand new, modern and comfortable. Lovely grassy garden, super nice and helpful owners! Beach is a 2 minite walk, sandy and shallow water so perfect for kids ( or dogs 😁). We absolutely loved it and will come again. Thank you!

Great hospitality, perfect location. Family hotel running by beautiful and hard working people who are giving their best to make their guests happy. Pet friendly, but really pet friendly which means that even big does are allowed. Rooms are clean and well supplied with towels. We spent 10 beautiful days in Hotel Spiros and we recommending it to all family who are seeking good and quality vocation.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. We were with a baby and a toddler, and when we arrived, the room already had a baby cot and a rail on the bed for the toddler. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Rooms were cleaned every day, and all towels were changed. The hotel is in front of the beach. Everything was perfect! Recommending!
