Friendly and helpful staff, super clean and comfortable rooms (beds were excellent, AC worked perfectly, bathroom and kitchen was sufficiently equipped and functional). The restaurant downstairs had good food, staff was always friendly and so cheerful. We had breakfast included which was very convenient. The menu was plenty and diverse with fresh fruit and juices, greek yoghurt and much more to choose from. The bar at the pool offered food and drinks and the pool area was never too busy (as off traveling in September). The location was good as bus stops, restaurants, shops and beaches were nearby. However, it also got pretty busy at night and music was playing, though „bed time“ started at midnight which was fine for us. Prices for everything were fair and never too high. We had a great time. Excellent wonderful accomodation. Staff were excellent great snack bar and lovely pool. Very quiet at nighttime. Ten minutes gentle walk into town. Great resrruants.

When arriving at the hotel after our travels we were welcomed by Katharina in the lobby. She and the other personnel gave us a warm welcome. After checking in and receiving the necessary information we got a personal tour of the NEWLY RENOVATED hotel domain which is very impressive. We liked the all in formula which enables you to have a buffet for breakfast, lunch and diner, includes 2 a la carte restaurant visits and a variety of drinks (wine, beer, +- 15 cocktails, softdrinks). These drinks can be consumed all day at the pool and later in the evening at their sunset bar. The food was realy good with a little touch of greek cuisine and the buffet had variety throughout our week. The hospitality of ALL the personnel is something we have never had before (and we travel a lot) and they paid a lot of attention to respect the temporary COVID measures. There was entertainment almost every night (live music, games) and throughout the day you could join some activities like zumba, stretching,... The facilities were excellent for us considering that we had a choice in some of the pools (including a junior pool), barista bar, padel & tennis court, a nice garden, spa, fitness. You can also enjoy their private beach in Tigaki. You can have a nice walk (1km) to the beach or choose to go via their transport (was not yet available for us). We had chosen the cheapest room which was not very spatious but had everything it needed for us. In all a very enjoyable experience which we consider to do again.

The house is beautiful and spacious, very comfortable for a family of 5. Each room has a balcony and very comfy beds. The location is walking distance of Zipari and half hour walk to a beautiful beach (with a car it's less than 5 min). Great kitchen and shared spaces, all with views of the sea or mountains. Kos town is less than 15 min drive, and there are busses too.

Beautiful designed, clean and modern little house with spaceous garden. The host are the epitome of hospitality, always helpful and caring, even sharing delicious homemade greek food. Very well situated, the beaches of tigaki are in walking distance, 15 minutes by car to the other most interesting places on the island. Stable and fast free Wifi Perfect place to stay on kos.
