I have already stayed two times at this hotel. It is exceptional! The staff is incredibly sweet and kind. They greeted me with a welcome drink every time which was very pleasant. The location is good because it's easy to find and get to and it's 10 min away from the lively area of Ladadika. There is noise outside since it's a street with traffic, but the windows are soundproof enough. The rooms are very well equipped. You can find everything you can possible need! It is very clean and well-kept. The hotel is rather small and boutique with modern interior. It is quiet and very well preserved.

In this hotel, special attention is given to details and guests. Cleanliness and the daily supply of water and coffee are a priority, all the staff are exceptional, starting with the chambermaids, passing by the ladies from the kitchen who are the smartest and most talented ever met in the hotels restaurants, up to the charismatic Ioana who made us cheered up the day of departure by giving us the warmest and most attentive assistance. Breakfast has selected product, including, in some days, fresh juices. A small suggestion would be to introduce several hot products, including eggs, of which each person would take much less than what goes into the omelettes prepared on demand.

The hotel itself is really close to city center ( ~ 10 min walking distance ). The parking is underground right on the same street (not included in the price). The hotel staff were really friendly. The rooms are well kept and offer everything needed. The breakfast was also very nice and it's cooked on the spot. If I'm ever in Thessaloniki again, I'll most likely visit the same hotel

The landlady was friendly and helpful for any directions, the best Kebab take away and restaurant near by with great value money. The apartment was cleaned and provided everything. Especially perfect for family, we stayed 12 days with two kids having fun in a huge apartment. Definitely outstanding very highly recommended. Huge balcony very clean chairs and table included. There is bus stop for town centre a couple minutes walk from apartment, supermarket all over around just in two minutes walk.
The apartment is amazing. Everything is well finished and new. Extremely cleaned and in a very quiet and optimal position. Last but not least, the hosts were fantastic and want to allow guest to feel like at their own home. They helped us with our small daughter providing us a cradle and related matress. Therefore the apartment is perfect for families with small children.
This place is very well located in the heart of Thessaloniki and that's why we chose it. We stayed just two nights, but we would recommend it for young couples, more than families with small children. The host was very responsive and we communicated well.
The spacious flat is in a good neighborhood, close enough to the center to have a nice walk or to use the well connected city buses. The rooms are specious, good traditional mediterranean balcony has a view on the charming small park square, which is sometimes noisy. Appliances are somewhat outdated but functional. Blue and yellow coloring of a living room space is an interesting solution. The photos of the flat are true. Perfect flat for family of three, or a couple with two kids.
We stayed in the family room; it's two rooms - one with a large bed and the other one with two single beds. We were on the 7th floor and the city view was incredible. Perfect for families with kids. The apartment had two bathrooms, a coffee maker, and TV sets in both rooms... its rare to find this type of apartment suitable for families. Breakfast was included into the price and it was versatile and tasty!
We were a family of 5 (2 children and a baby) we took the XL loft room and it was very spacious for us, even with the baby crib. The location is perfect and the staff was delightful and responsive.
Nice, cozzy and clean apartment. Spacious for family with 2 small children. Kids frendly, nice toys and children books, they loved it. Big nice terrace, just dont leave kids alone there :)

The hotel is very centrally located in a newly renovated building with a nice balcony overlooking the street, where we could have a drink in the evening (handy for families with small children). We could walk to the old town and the seafront. Our room was large and very comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was very good! We would love to be back!
