The apartment is spacious and has a very good and large terrace. It was very clean. It has extra clear height and cool enough so we didn't have to use the air condition system all day long. The hosts were very helpful and kind. The nearest beach is superb.

The property is attractive, clean and quiet. The location is very good with quick access (across a road) to beaches and beach bars/tavernas. Parking was excellent as was the WiFi. I particularly enjoyed Nikol’s breakfast and having it out on the terrace was a bonus.

We love this hotel. First of all, they served a welcome drink. And the room is upgraded to a suit room for free. Receptionists give detailed information about the city. They served our breakfast in the room. The room was very clean and well decorated. They have private parking for their guests. The location was perfect. And they give us a kavala cookie at check out. This was our first time at this hotel, but this will not be last one.

The loft is really cool, hosts are as well - very friendly and open people, always willing to help with tips about the nice places to visit in Kavala. For me personally, it was not my first time in the city so I knew my way around, yet, it's nice to know that you can rely on them for info on where you can eat, which beaches are the best to visit, and not that crowded, etc. In general, the loft has everything needed for the comfortable stay of 2 people - a spacious main floor with a big enough bed, 2 armchairs next to the window for chilling, a TV with Netflix, and all kinds of electrical appliances you might need - including iron, kettle for heating water and a coffee machine with capsules. The bathroom is also quite spacious with everything you might need. The second semi-floor is also cool although we didn't use it at all cause we were only two people, I guess there you can easily place a bed for a child (if needed).
The location of the place is also quite good - walking distance from the main street (Omonia) (2 minutes), walking distance from the main restaurants and squares (10 minutes) - naturally, if you want to visit the cool beaches nearby the city you have to go by car or taxi - otherwise, you have at disposal the city beaches at walking distance (but I wouldn't recommend those to be fair - just 20 mins by car you have much better places). Also, there is a parking spot, around 2 minutes from the location (and based on availability you might be able to park even in front of the place but that's not guaranteed).
In general - very good spot if you want to explore the city, visit the main sightseeing spots around, etc. Would recommend it 100%.

My last stay was five years ago. I am so glad to see that their service quality is even better. The welcome drink was a good guest amenity. The rooms are clean and the garden is kept well maintained. The beach utentils are high quality products and bar service at beach, sincere & friendly. You can take all your day at beach, eating, drinking, swimining and take a nap. There are many lovely kittens in the garden. You even do not have to worry about where you to park your car. Their car park is enough big and the market is only away 5min.walking distance.
It is one of the unique place in the Nea Iraklitsa region. Highly recommended

We stayed at this property for about 4 days and had a wonderful experience. If you are staying in this area, we recommend it. It has a small garden in front, our child had fun there. Air conditioning and wifi were working well.

Perfectly structured villa for a group of 7-10 people (3 families + children) with own sanitary facilities for almost each couple. Plenty of living room and outdoor space, including a ping-pong table in the backyard. Amazing hosts live on the ground floor and always happy to help. Literally a fully functional house which offers you anything you need for a good stay of even longer periods. Mini-market, taverns and beach are super close, as well as the beautiful city of Kavala. Definitely the cleanest house We ever been in Greece coast. All the details were very stylish and tastefully picked. We have been all together 6 people. Family with 2 kids one of is baby and another family the space was plenty for everybody.
Great location, friendly staff, clean water and beach, good food, variety of meals! There are baby high chairs, baby cribs and everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Apartment has good location close to the beach.It is well equiped with all necessary things for living.It is enough space for family with two children.You have table with chairs on yard where you can spend your time.Also it is children corner where your kids can play.Owners are cool young family which if you have some questions they will explain you everything.
The staff is really nice, very friendly and helpful. It is wonderful that the hotel is at beach which is very comfortable for families with small children. The restaurant has a nice terrace with a wonderful sea view.
There are several villas located near the seaside. There is a small beach at your footstep which is beautiful and great for diving, but not very child-friendly (rocks and plenty of sea urchins). Enough parking spaces for all guests, enough privacy for all. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but overall space is enough for a family of four. The interior is very nice. Quick access to main road and nearby beaches. We enjoyed quiet and relaxing evenings on the balcony facing the sea.
