The property was beautiful and well maintained. Having access to old 45 rpm greek records to play on the "gramophone" was a lot of fun. The host provided bottled water and breakfast elements in the fridge, as there was no store on the island.

House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

Perfect central location of the room with lots of facilities.It also had a big fridge, very effective aircondition, and the Christmas decoration with the big Christmas tree was a surprise.The host was very friendly, he provided us with any info we asked for and we will be happy to visit his room whenever again in Ioannina. Ohhh I forgot the gift of a bottle of red wine and the box of local sweets that we were offered!!
