I recently had the pleasure of staying at Matenia's House, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect blend of coziness and modern amenities. The hosts are truly lovely and the most hospitable people I have ever met. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Very cozy and spacious little house, walking distance from the center of the village where there is a small supermarket, tavern, and bakery. Just 10-15 min away by car, there are georgeous beaches with white sands and cristal clear waters. Communication with the host was excellent. We had in the fridge a sweet little surprise, which was very kind!

It is a very clean house in a very nice Village, Melisa. There are 2 or 3 beaches at about 14 km. Erasmo Beach, Myrodato Beach. The hostes are nice people. The place is good for families with children. It is quiet and the surroundings make you feel the real countryside of Greece.

Everything was brand new! I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels, utensils, and working appliances. All windows were with mosquito nets installed. The room was very well-lit and bright. I loved the easy access to the property.

The house was very comfortable and had everything you need for a short or longer stay. Antzy was very nice and hospitable. She was very understanding and aranged our accommodation despite the fact that we couldn't travel on our first reservation day. She advised us about a festival in the nearest city so we could have a good night out and also spoiled us with some delicious treats from the local bakery. Mirodato is a small and quiet village. It has a shop, a bakery and a pharmacy. The beaches are just a few minutes drive from the house. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I definitely recommend Antzy and her house and would love to come back many times in the future.

Perfect size villa for 9 people, 3 adults and 4 teenage children. Plus 2 dogs. Great side of a garden well maintained. Everything is exactly as in the listing photos. We felt like at home. The house has all essential facilities, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Coffee machine for Tassimo capsules as well. Hot water kettle. Big fridge freezer. Dishwasher which is excellent for many people having breakfast/ lunch or dinners in the house. There are also ice cream cups and scoop! Kids love it. As well as a milk frother for frapé or freddo coffee. There is a BBQ as well! WiFi, smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board The house has a cute retro character, it is very clean. Has also air conditioning and standing fans. The front sitting lounge area is really good for having coffee breakfast or eating out and looking at the garden. The bedrooms are lovely, one of them has an absolutely amazing retro bed, it is like from the movies. Loved it. There are 3 large bedrooms with double beds and 3 folding sofa beds. Will definitely book it again. The host is very helpful and great communication, so we feel really happy about this.

Even though it was not in the center or near, it was in a very silent neighborhood. The house was super clean and every little detail was thought. The owners were super nice.

The villa is located close to the beach and the taverns /around 15 min by walk and 4-5 min by car/. It has a nice porch with a table for 6 people and it was nice to eat outside. The kitchen was very well-equipped (only a cutting board was missing). In the yard there's enough space to park 2 cars. Pets are accepted. It was very quiet. There is a BBQ in the yard which we could use. The hosts were nice and friendly, the communication was easy.
