comfortable apartment, clean. enough space for 2. there is a very nice patio behind. kitchen, wash machine. wifi is not so good, maybe 5mb/s or less. the location is very good, just 5 mins walk to the center. no private parking place, but we had no problem finding place in front of the door.

Tzanetos Pelagos is without a doubt a marvellous place to spend your vacation. Mesmerising views combined with a beautiful, calm beach right next to the house, make this property priceless. The apartment is modern, equipped with all necessities and at the same time it’s extremely cozy and bringing that feeling of home away from home. It’s meticulously clean and well maintained. Our hosts Zois and Nadia are amazing. Extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed us and gave us a great tour around the property. The location is just 8 min by car from the town of Kyparissia where you can find restaurants and bars; and only 4 min by car to the nearest big supermarkets. However you might as well easily prefer to spend all your time in and around the house, preparing your meals and enjoying only the sounds of the nature and the wonders of the views.

Practically everything, the spacious house, well equipped modern kitchen, the barbecue facility, the active bar and obviously the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is very generously equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It is easily reached from Athens and the proximity to the town of Kyperissia offers access to attractions, restaurants, archeological sites, walking tracks, supermarkets etc. An ideal establishment for a wonderful family vacation. The owner, Kostas and his employees can be easily contacted and provide efficient assistance whenever needed. Upon arrival, the WiFi network was down due to a provider problem. Even though it was a weekend, Kostas made every effort to provide us with an alternative network that served our needs very well.

The apartments are easy to find via Google maps and there is ample on-site parking. Dimitris was awaiting us with the keys; he is friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good size and has a full-sized double bed with a firm mattress and plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen has full-sized stove, a washing machine, a small fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee maker. Dish detergent, sponge and towel are provided. There is a decent selection of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The bathroom is a decent size with a built corner shower (sliding glass-doors). The water pressure is excellent and the water is heated by an electric boiler. Mini soap tablets and mini shampoos are provided. The main room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a third bed, a sofa, a dining table and four chairs, two bedside tables, a TV, a coat rack, and a table and two chairs (for use on the patio in good weather). The floor is tiled but there are plenty of rugs for warmth, and the A/C was very effective for heating. The apartment was cleaned, the bedding and towels changed, and the garbage taken after two days even though we were only staying for three.
