The location is fantastic - alone for kilometers. Nobody to disturb your peace. The house and the swimming pool are nice. Ulyana was very helpful for all the information we needed - trips, tavernas, beaches, local markets. Excellent choice if you want to be far from the crowd, but far also from everything. You have to use a car.

We have only positive things to say about this place. First of all, the apartment was super clean, towels were soft and without bad smell. It is one room, but spacious. If you concerned that location might be an issue, don’t let it discourage you. You are so close to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the south Sithonia that stretches from Kalamitsi to Paradise beach. You can visit beaches like Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Tigania, Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Sykias, Valti, Sarti, Platanitsi and all three Kavourotripes in maximum 20min car ride. The store is few minutes away, bakery and stand with fresh fruits also. Pharmacy is in Sarti and doctor also. On the ground flood there is a fish market where you can buy fresh grilled fish, salad and don’t worry, you wouldn’t smell the scent of fried fish in the apartment. Recommendation from us!

Everything was perfect. The location is close to the beach and taverns. We also had some sea view. It was excellent. The room was clean. We also had a well equipped kitchen, ready to cook if needed. Porto Koufo resort is a great place for families. There are occupations for kids, pool, great garden. Basically very very good place.

Perfect for families with babies/toddlers… we had an apartment on the ground floor with the sea view and the beach was literally 10m away from the patio…
In the evening the only problem were mosquitoes even though the accommodation is equipped with window nets and devices agains the mosquitoes.
The place is perfect: perfectly clean, nicely furnished, with sea view and beautiful lawn for kids to run around. We would definitely return. The sound isolation is good but not perfect, for example you could hear loud baby cries from the apartment next door, but not people talking.
A wonderful family hotel, created with great taste and attention to every single detail. Natural materials, good quality of the furniture and lots of style. The cleanliness is impeccable. Giorgia is attentive, responsive and warm-hearted. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach and taverns, meanwhile the surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
The room was nice and it had a great, big terrace. In front of the building there is a beautiful garden and the beach is just across the street. The owners were really nice, especially Mrs Flora, our children had fun playing with her grandchildren
