Very clean. The bathroom was bigger than the standard apartmants in Greece. The host was very polite and forthcoming. The apartmant is cleaned and the sheets and towels are changed every 5 days. You have just the right amount of dishes and pots in the kitchen. The air conditioner is in the right place in the bedroom, and it doesn't bother you so it can stay on the whole night.

The place is perfect for families with children. It is very clean and better than in the pictures and honestly it exceeded our expectations. There was everything we needed - coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine and a garden which we enjoyed very much because it was well-maintained. Big advantage is that the car can be parked inside and there is a barbecue area in the garden. Regarding the location, it is close (5 min driving distance) to the most beautiful beaches in the area of Kavala. Also, it is 5 min walking distance to the beaches of Nea Iraklitsa. It is situated in a quite area and it is near to the center of Iraklitsa. The owner is a really friendly person with very good English and allowed us to check in earlier. We had some drinks in the fridge as a compliment at arrival. We will come back again for sure.
