Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, and harbour. Located just behind the walls of the aqueduct. The property has parking available for those travelling by vehicle to Kavala.

The loft is really cool, hosts are as well - very friendly and open people, always willing to help with tips about the nice places to visit in Kavala. For me personally, it was not my first time in the city so I knew my way around, yet, it's nice to know that you can rely on them for info on where you can eat, which beaches are the best to visit, and not that crowded, etc. In general, the loft has everything needed for the comfortable stay of 2 people - a spacious main floor with a big enough bed, 2 armchairs next to the window for chilling, a TV with Netflix, and all kinds of electrical appliances you might need - including iron, kettle for heating water and a coffee machine with capsules. The bathroom is also quite spacious with everything you might need. The second semi-floor is also cool although we didn't use it at all cause we were only two people, I guess there you can easily place a bed for a child (if needed). The location of the place is also quite good - walking distance from the main street (Omonia) (2 minutes), walking distance from the main restaurants and squares (10 minutes) - naturally, if you want to visit the cool beaches nearby the city you have to go by car or taxi - otherwise, you have at disposal the city beaches at walking distance (but I wouldn't recommend those to be fair - just 20 mins by car you have much better places). Also, there is a parking spot, around 2 minutes from the location (and based on availability you might be able to park even in front of the place but that's not guaranteed). In general - very good spot if you want to explore the city, visit the main sightseeing spots around, etc. Would recommend it 100%.

Beach fronth- stylish

My last stay was five years ago. I am so glad to see that their service quality is even better. The welcome drink was a good guest amenity. The rooms are clean and the garden is kept well maintained. The beach utentils are high quality products and bar service at beach, sincere & friendly. You can take all your day at beach, eating, drinking, swimining and take a nap. There are many lovely kittens in the garden. You even do not have to worry about where you to park your car. Their car park is enough big and the market is only away 5min.walking distance. It is one of the unique place in the Nea Iraklitsa region. Highly recommended

Very big apartment with lovely balcony and views. Next to the beach, only 5 minutes walk. Easy parking. Very comfy stay, I would visit again!

Staff not in your way, but at the same time all facilities and common areas are spotless. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The view is beautiful! Nothing negative can be said about this place even if you try hard. I'm going again next summer no doubt.

The location of Villa Aurelia was amazing and great for exploring the old town. Kostas- the host was exceptional and went out of his way to be helpful. The accommodation is lovely and has some quirky touches

The place's location is near to the city center. Private parking on place and very nice garden. It was cozy and clean. There is shortcut to the center very close to the apartment.
