The reception was very friendly and warm. The host was great. However, the balcony was quite small for me. The toilet had to be shared with several guests. The shower was very narrow. But it was OK for the price. The kitchen closes at 11pm, so you have to buy water. The whole thing seems more like an Air BnB room. If you're more concerned about comfort, you should get a hotel room for a few euros more.

Kala & Saba the father and the son both are great . My flight landed at 2 am, and they allowed me to check in at 5 pm. They also looked after me for 3 hrs with refreshments and made me stay in the common area. They didn't charge a single penny for early check-in, Excellent display of customer service.

Veronika Home is a very hospitable facility ,one of the best if I must say.The Home is managed by a couple whom are very kind ,lovely and helpful.The room is conducive,clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. Hotel is good enough to stay a few nights if you need to leave in this part of the city. Staff was very friendly and help me with navigation around. Room is comfortable, but need some light repair. Bathroom is clean and comfortable. Very liked the breakfast! The coffee was brewed, not instant. And the food was very good.

The room was very clean. We were welcomed by a warm host. People were so nice and and very welcoming. It was a good budget stay. They allowed us to keep our lugguage at their place the last day even after the checkout since out flight was late evening. The room was a big one very spacious. Keeping slippers for the guests to use was very considerate of them. We went to kazbegi for 2 days keeping the room and they checked on us which was really nice. They made an extra bed for our child. If you are someone who like to walk in a new city its a short 20 mins walk to marjanshvilli centre. The location did not bother us at all. The city was easily accessible. It is also easy to take the bus if you walk down the hill. Hot water was available 24/7 which was very needed as we had a kid. Was a little tricky to find the exact location when we landed. The phone number given at the time of booking sorted this thing.
