We enjoyed our stay at Landscapes Kazbegi very much. The views are the best, as every room (in its own container box) has one, and has their own balcony. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and the room, while small, was good for our needs. The woman at the front desk was responsive & helpful. Parking is available, and the location is pretty easy to find. Even though I have a couple of suggestions for improvement, the place was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

The host were welcoming and helpful, cottages were clean and ready on our arrival. Location is just about 15-20min to the main market area with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets. View from the room was breathtaking, waking up to the beautiful mountains with a view of Mount kazbek. I would recommend having ur own vehicle during your visit to make it easier to commute.

the view was amazing, the house warm so whenever we came from the cold, oir host always made sure rhe heaters were on. the bed and room was very clean, there was fully functional kitchen.
the beds were comfortable and the room had a very cozy feel even though it was a large room.
the host was very helpful.

The best new place in Kazbegi with the stunning view from the rooms where you can see all the sightseeings of the region. Cozy place for your family and friends with so helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are really great and well designed, so clean and nice. If you want to visit Kazbegi you must visit 1740 hotel and you will never regret. Prices are quite affordable for everyone. I need to visit this place every summer.
Everything was wonderful. Thought out to the smallest details. Very comfortable for a family with children. In the morning, a magnificent view from the window. Convenient check-in and check-out. I give it 10 out of 10.

Lovely cottage with a magnificent view over the mountains. There had been a lot of snow, which was not normal for the month of May. Cottage was warm and comfortable though. Lela and her family were very nice and welcoming. Loved the baby pups and the cat.
A lovely family hotel where staff are really friendly and helpful. The room we had was simple but comfortable. There’s a guest lounge with beautiful views and the buffet breakfast was good; lots of cold things to choose from.
Amazing environment! A comfortable and well-equipped house. Good location and beautiful views from the house. I was with my family only for one night, it is a complete comfort for a vacation with a child. We should be able to arrive by Christmas. I think there will be a miracle in the snow.

The family room was perfect for our family of 3 kids. It was a loft style room with a double bed upstairs and down. We asked for an extra bed and that was easily put in room. The restaurant was cozy and the service was great. The view was spectacular.
